Before we were The Fort, we were Tiki Tim’s, a food truck driving around Minnesota serving our tacos and tiki cakes at events and private parties. We did this for almost 10 years before we became The Fort. And we are now back, with a full service catering trailer, serving all our delicious food from The Fort on the road!
